HOW TO ORDER & STORE POLICY

Ordering is easy, just use the "Add to Shopping Cart" buttons on each page and when you are ready to check out, use a "View Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of each page or the "Check Out" button found at the top of each page.

When you "check out" you will be given 4 payment options:
1.  Full payment now.
2. 20% deposit now, the balance when the item(s) are ready to ship.
Unless you tell us differently, we will automatically charge the balance when the item comes in and is ready to ship to you.
3. A 3 payment layaway (The total is divided into 3 equal payments. Each payment is due every 30 days.
If you are paying by credit card, we automatically charge each payment on the due date.  If you are paying by Paypal, we will automatically send a Paypal invoice on the payment due date.).
4.  A 4 payment layaway (The total is divided into 4 equal payments. Each payment is due every 30 days.

Showroom Opened: Thursday- Saturday 10:00- 4:00
(Mountain Time Zone).
We are at the shop processing web orders everyday except Sunday. If you need to reach us anytime, email us at info@denverdoll.com. We answer phone calls Monday - Saturday during regular store hours.

 
OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF....

LAYAWAYS: We are very happy to offer our great customers an easy layaway payment plan as a courtesy.  However....if you choose to abuse our layaway parameters (consistent late payments, declined credit card payments, ignoring Paypal invoices, cancellations, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse to offer you the option of using our layaway program. 

In most cases, a cap of $1500 total is the limit on layaways at any one time by an individual. 

LAYAWAY Rules & Regs:  We can to do a 3 payment layaway for orders over $75 or a 4 payment layaway for orders over $100.  Other options may be possible if you email us with specific requests. 

The 20% layaway deposit is non refundable - non transferable, no exceptions There is also a 15% cancellation fee for all layaways.


**If you are more than 15 days late with a layaway payment without prior arrangement with DDE, we will consider the transaction null & void and return the item to stock.  You would forfeit any money already paid on the layaway.


PAYMENTS:

Master Card, Discover and American Express),

Paypal
(our ID is: ddedolls@aol.com ). We will send you an invoice from Paypal when your order is received.    

PREORDERS/LAYAWAYS:
 Preorders are accepted for items not yet in stock. 
Preorders and layaways are considered final sales.  You make a deposit, we hold the merchandise or order the merchandise specifically for you and we pay in full for it.  If you cancel your preorder or layaway, you will lose all money already paid. NO EXCEPTIONS
Unless previous arrangements have been made, when the item becomes available, we will automatically charge the balance and ship the item to you. 



RETURNS
for full refund are offered for damaged merchandise only.  We will accept exchanges or will issue a store credit for other items returned within 15 days of purchase for the amount of the item less shipping charges.  FINAL SALES - NO RETURNS applies to ALL layaways or preorders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SHIPPING is via First Class, Priority Mail or UPS ground. We will get back to you with actual shipping costs once we determine what is ready to ship and what the package will actually weigh.  We automatically insure all packages. 
Minimum shipping is $3.00 for a small padded envelope weighing an ounce or less.

PLEASE NOTE: For International orders, we must declare orders as "merchandise" with full value for Customs.  Anything less is illegal.  Please do not ask us to devalue or mark items as "gift".  All international orders are shipped insured.

Lost Package: We wait a minimum of 30 days before paying a claim for a lost package shipped within the US and a minimum of 45 days for an international package.

A Note about doll boxes....
    We cannot be responsible for boxes damaged in shipping.  Dings, bends, scratches, water damage...these are all things that are out of our control.  If it's raining the day your package is delivered or if your box falls out of the delivery truck and the corner of the box gets dented...these are all things that we have no control over.  As long as the merchandise inside the box is undamaged, we can do nothing.  
Checking the Status of your order:  Please feel free to email us about the status of your order anytime.  Do remember to include your full name or the full name of the person the order was placed by and the item(s) name.  If you use 2 diffenent names, please include both names.  Our orders are filed according to last name of the person who placed the order.
